Graduated with a degree in Pharmacology and holds an MSc in Clinical Research, both from the University of Wales, Cardiff.  Started career at Wyeth as a CRA and then moved into GCP auditing as a consultant and subsequently for Eisai at their European headquarters.  Moved into the Compliance & Ethics arena taking on responsibility for building Eisai?s compliance programme across EAME and obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies.  Joined Allergan in 2011 to build the EAME Compliance Programme across the direct and indirect business with a focus on de-centralised procedures and local accountability.
