Warren has over two decades experience as an educator in predominantly the Catholic and
Independent Sectors, with a short foray into the Government sector. With a strong focus on
Wellbeing and Leadership development Warren’s expertise has been sought by educational
leaders and the broader education profession.


Warren has held various leadership positions including Transition Coordinator, Head of Middle 
and Senior School as well as Assistant Principal Wellbeing & Operations. In these various roles
he has implemented a range of innovative practices that have led to school wide improvements.
These included staff development programs, re-developing a structural approach to student
wellbeing and improving teaching and learning through Cultures of Thinking.


As a leader Warren’s insightful and thoughtful approach to Leadership, Learning and Wellbeing
has provided him with the opportunity to be a member of the ACEL Victorian Branch Executive,
consult with PIVOT Professional Learning and be engaged as a presenter for SALT (Sport and
Life Training - Transforming Australian Culture through Sport).


Recently, Warren stepped out of the school environment and is consulting with Compass
Education to assist schools in developing and implementing their School Management System
so that they can effectively manage their school and maintain their focus on providing
exceptional educational outcomes for students.
