Tiffany has extensive leadership experience in a range of educational contexts, both internationally and nationally. She has been responsible for leading educational professional learning, translation of research into practice, and developing and delivering innovative evidence informed projects and programs. The utilisation of data-informed insights to support the development of best practices while creating a continuous-improvement environment is central to all endeavours. She is passionate about building the research capabilities of schools and educators, empowering transformational change, which in turn enables students to thrive. Tiffany has demonstrated ongoing success driving change, transformation and innovation to build capabilities and enable staff to thrive. She enjoys working alongside key stakeholders to discover opportunities to enhance the lives of people, particularly children, young people and disadvantaged communities.
