A passionate executive with extensive experience in people and culture transformation, Susanna has worked in commercial and government organisations leading large scale national and international workforce programmes, organisational development and human resources operations, and, safety and well-being functions. She is a trusted expert, executive advisor and thought leader having worked in a conglomerate of industries including Transport, Water, Agriculture, Energy, Finance, Mining, Construction and Professional Services Consulting where she has acquired a profound understanding of people, human performance and unleashing potential.  Susanna is a Registered Organisational Psychologist in Australia with a Master of Psychology (Applied) degree and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) degree both from the University of New South Wales. In addition she has a number of certifications and accreditations in leadership assessment, high performing teams, 360 diagnostics, coaching, counselling, human resources, workplace training and facilitation. Susanna is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists in Australia.
