Since joining the Xavier College - one of Australia’s leading boys’ day and boarding schools, Patrick has focused on aligning technology platforms and investment with a future vision delivered through a Digital Transformation Program, with cloud computing and advanced technologies at its heart.

Prior to his work at Xavier, Patrick worked for 15 years in national security and defence, with roles in Australia, Europe and the United States – with a particular focus on counter-insurgency and weapons intelligence.
Patrick was part of a team which received the US Director of National Intelligence’s Meritorious Unit Citation, the highest award in the US Intelligence Community.

Patrick is a graduate of Harvard Business School, completed his MBA at the Australian Defence Force Academy, and is currently studying for his Juris Doctor.
