Mike is a researcher–practitioner with significant experience working with education leaders and in academic, corporate, and not-for-profit settings. In his role as Chief Research & Insights Officer at PeopleBench, Mike draws on his experience conducting social science research in both universities and applied organisational settings. Mike and the PeopleBench team design research and tools for the K-12 education sector that create real-world social impact, including Australia’s premier school workforce sentiment survey, the State of the Sector, and tools in the PeopleBench platform, including the Workforce Resilience TrackerTM, the Workforce Strategy BuilderTM, and the Workforce Culture TrackerTM.
