Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership

In her capacity as the inaugural CEO of the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership, Marcia has been invited to participate on an EduTECH panel discussing Teacher Professional Learning and Development.  The Academy is a new Victorian government statutory authority delivering evidence-informed and inspiring professional learning to exceptional teachers and school leaders.   
   
Dr Marcia Devlin, PhD, GAICD is a globally recognised expert in education, equity and leadership. She is also an award-winning leader, a company director, an adjunct professor, and now, a senior public servant.   

Having worked for three decades nationally and internationally to improve the quality of teaching and leadership in universities, Marcia is now doing the same for Victorian schools.  
  
In 2021, she wrote a humorous book for women on navigating sexism in universities that was shortlisted for a career book award.
