Lisel Thomas is an urban planner with more than two decades of experience working for both local Councils and State Government. She has particular expertise in planning and delivery of community infrastructure. Lisel currently works for the Department of Education and Training where she is responsible for planning for new schools and education infrastructure and oversees a range of statutory and strategic planning activities.
