Kiki has set about transforming Edtech into a more competitive, adaptive and needs-led environment. Xuno is the first “cluster-of-expert-systems” and the only SIS whose sub products are used to augment most alternative school systems, notably via its analytics, reporting and assessment tools (GradeXpert Student Maps and Accelerus). All data is held in Australia, under Microsoft Azure infrastructure, ensuring that localisation, security and privacy considerations are the highest available in the country.

After early years developing and commercialising manufactured products, Kiki remorphed as a post graduate neuroscientist, completed a PHD in Immunology and worked a post-doctoral research scientist at one of the world’s premier cancer research facilities. It is in the field of medical research that Kiki nurtured his passion for empowering innovators..

In Australia, he has advised Governments, Universities and commercial organisations on how to grow through innovation. In 2012 he remodelled the legal landscape in Australia, with the introduction of a disruptive online patent filing software that slashed the costs of patenting for innovators and innovative organisations. He holds several patents of his own, in mechanical, electrical and IT fields. He is strongly opposed to anti-innovative conduct and its manifestations in education.

Kiki’s current direction is to provide an easy transition for schools wanting to improve their analytics capability allowing their data to be retrieved, consolidated and presented within a uniform view. Should schools wish to go on to disentangle from a legacy system, Xuno can clone administrative functions, allowing full school management to be seamlessly redirected. As a nod to integrity and collegiality most usually associated with academia, Kiki has directed Xuno to be one of the most collaborative systems around, working closely with many other school software companies, so that schools can continue to choose their version of best-of-breed, whilst within one system.
