Dr Jo Bird, Senior Lecturer - Early Childhood Education, University of New England

Jo is a senior lecturer at UNE after completing her PhD exploring children’s use of technologies in imaginative play. Her research focus includes play and technologies, and more recently, technologies in nature. After over 20 years’ experience as a practitioner, she aims to ensure her research is accessible to educators and thrives on educator-inspired research projects.
