Henry has led his school in the introduction of robotics across the school and to the successful participation in international competitions. Henry’s post graduate studies underpin his active interest in change management at the leadership level. Henry is actively involved in multimedia -hosting  The Viewpoints Podcast and a weekly current affairs program, Viewpoints on Casey Radio 97.7FM. 

Henry is the founding principal of Berwick Lodge Primary School which opened in Melbourne in 1990.
