Helena Tully, Teacher, Technologies Ambassador & Coach,, Mundingburra State School

Helena is a primary classroom teacher in tropical North Queensland. She is a passionate advocate and coach in the digital technologies curriculum. Helena has worked extensively to deliver quality curriculum and resources to all levels of staff in a range of contexts. Over the past decade, she has been utilizing a broad range of technological devices into the mainstream classroom and beyond. She has presented at numerous conferences including Futureschools, ARCHPER, Australian Computer Academy, JCU and ieducate. Helena has worked directly with ACARA to promote the learning of Digital Technologies in rural areas and has received the QLD teacher of the year in digital technologies from QSITE. Recently, Helena participated in the QCAA  reference group for the curriculum review of the ACARA digital technologies curriculum.
