Global Victoria is the Victorian Government trade agency that supports education providers and businesses to access global markets and maintain Victoria’s position as a destination of choice for international students through innovative student programs, the Study Melbourne Brand, and its Global Education Network. 

Caroline has worked in policy, advisory and analytic roles in relation to the education sector for over a decade. Her career was built from a strong foundation at the Australian Bureau of Statistics, extending to work on nationally significant projects in early childhood then tertiary education. Now having worked for a number of years in international education, Caroline is passionate about working with stakeholders to ensure that the Victorian education sector is positioned to maximise opportunities abroad, and international students have an outstanding experience studying with Victoria.
