Bill is the Managing Director and founder of Azendian Solutions, an Artificial Intelligence, data science solutions and operations technology company. He has over 32 years’ experience of which the last 18 years has been in Data Science and Operations Technology.   

Before starting Azendian Solutions, Bill was Partner at Ernst & Young, leading the Southeast Asia data and analytics practice.  Bill began his career with Hewlett Packard as a Process Analyst. He advanced on to Arthur Anderson Business Consulting, Bearing Point Consulting and then to SAS. At these organizations, his roles ranged from being Head of Southeast Asia Finance & Operations Re-engineering to Change Management Lead to Head of Public Sector and FS practices. At SAS, Bill was Country Manager of Singapore and Managing Director responsible for their operations in Singapore and emerging markets.   

A sought-after Tech speaker, Bill believes that data is a crucial asset for all organisations and the effective use of data will determine success in their journey towards Industry / Digital 4.0. Bill serves on the Advisory Boards at the Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore Management University (Past) and Nottingham University (past).
