The Home Education Association (HEA) is Australia's peak body for home educators. The HEA is the national not-for-profit, incorporated membership association serving Australian homeschoolers since 2001. The HEA upholds the principle that parents are primarily responsible for the education of their children and respects the diversity of philosophies and methods used by home educators. The HEA's mission is to promote educational equity and support home educators across Australia. We provide support with registration for home education, insurance to facilitate group learning opportunities and work experience and we partner with suppliers of quality educational resources and services.
