The Australian Federal Police leads the ThinkUKnow program, a national online child safety program that provides education for parents, carers and teachers, children to address the issue of online child sexual exploitation. The program is a partnership between the AFP, Datacom, Commonwealth Bank and Microsoft Australia, and is delivered in collaboration with all State and Territory police and Neighbourhood Watch Australasia.

ThinkUKnow is an evidence-based, pro-technology program that addresses issues such as self-produced content, inappropriate contact, online grooming, image-based abuse, sexual extortion and encourages help seeking behaviour.

Teacher resources, including the Teacher's Toolkit initiative has been developed to assist teachers in a variety of learning environments including online, remote and in the classroom.

Resources are aligned with the Australian Curriculum and use up-to-date research and real case studies from the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation to illustrate the challenges young people may face and how to get help.
