At FiberSense, Hadleigh combines deep industry knowledge with a focus on translating innovative sensing technology into real-world operational value for critical networks. 

Before FiberSense, Hadleigh built a broad experience across product management and business development in the telecommunications sector. He served in regional product and business development roles across Asia Pacific and North America, working across sales, technical support, project management, and operational leadership functions.
