Didier Dillard is a senior telecommunications executive with most of his career spent at the Orange Group (formerly France Telecom) and several years at Sprint. He began in submarine cable operations, rising to Director of Marine Operations before moving into senior marketing, commercial, and regulatory roles across the U.S. and France. Since 2018, he has served as President of Orange Marine and Elettra Tlc, Orange subsidiaries specializing in submarine cable installation and maintenance. He is a graduate of École Polytechnique and holds an MS in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA from Columbia University.
