Carrying 18 years of experience in banking, higher education, and consultancy and training, Yasser is currently providing consultancy services to RAK government in achieving excellence in light of 4th generation excellence model. Yasser is a certified EFQM assessor, IiP Advisor, and MTA certified trainer. He holds an MBA from Bradford University and currently pursuing his DBA in Innovation management. Yasser is an editor-in-chief at two Arabic magazines and is a contributing author in different magazines both Arabic and English. Besides his full time job, Yasser is conducting numerous training and consultancy activities with public and private sectors within GCC and always provides insightful reports to radically improve organisations’ and individual’s performance.
