One of the first things you notice about Sushma is that she has a confused accent. She attributes it to living, studying & working in India, the UK, the US & Dubai. The international exposure has also given her a global mindset and a lifelong passion for learning. 
With over 15 years of work experience in L&D, Leadership Development and Talent Management, she has worked with multinational companies like Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Wipro Technologies & the Emirates Group. 
She is currently with the Emaar Hospitality Group as Director- Leadership & Talent Development. 
She has a Masters of Arts in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University. She is also certified in psychometric testing tools like DISC and to deliver internationally acclaimed training programs like Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly effective people, among many others. 
When she’s not working, you can find her sharing giggles with her 2 year old son Zane, getting her zen on in a Buddhist meditation session or blissfully immersed in her kindle.
