Rahma Al Saeedi is currently the Senior Vice President – Human capital at Abu Dhabi Finance, where she is supporting to strengthen and accelerate the company’s transformation through people practices, building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. Rahma is committed to transforming the Culture of Abu Dhabi Finance as a modern and progressive employer. 
Prior of joining Abu Dhabi Finance, Rahma was the Head of Learning and Development for Global Aerospace Logistics LLC. Rahma headed up Emiratization Strategy and Training policy for the business lines across multiple work locations around UAE. 
Rahma received a Bachelor degree from Higher Colleges of Technology on Business and Management.  Rahma awarded in 2015 as Asian Women Leadership hosted by Asian Leadership Award.
