Mohamed SalahEldin is a pioneer learning and development expert, with more than 20 years’ experience in the business field among the Middle East  
In Feb. 2017, SalahEldin has been chosen for the Global Training & Development Leadership Award from World HR congress, Mumbai, India. 
Salaheldin has MBA degree with Training & Development Diploma from a reputable Learning institute in Canada.
As a learning and development Manager for Salehiya Trade Est., Riyadh, KSA, Salaheldin succeeded to implement learning culture that lead Salehiya to achieve its strategic goals. This learning culture made Salehiya being nominated for the BEST GCC EMPLOYER BRAND AWARD in Dubai 2016.
Prior to this role, Salaheldin built the Continuous medical education (CME) section in the Institute of health Sciences, KSA, through which the Institute provided different learning programs for physicians , pharmacists and paramedical members in both governmental & private health sectors. 
The early work of Salaheldin as a Regional sales & Training Manager within different multinational companies, taught him that the learning and development field isn’t a just a job but it’s a MISSION through which he can develop individuals, companies & therefore the whole society.  
Salaheldin’s strengths come through his unique analytical ability which enables him to understand people and business needs and empowering individuals to achieve their personal & professional goals.
