Choithrams
Kunal has over 17 years' experience in HR Operations, predominantly in Retail, ITES & Banking Industry. He joined Choithrams Group in October 2010 and is responsible for the HR Function in the Middle East Region. Prior to joining Choithrams, Kunal worked with Tata Consultancy Services as HR Business Partner, in India.
His passion and focus is enabling cultural change at Choithrams. The challenge at Choithrams Group was to switch from a hierarchical “command and control” environment to one which enables “trusted teams” to take accountability for customer advocacy. Critical to this was developing a climate where employees feel engaged and energised. Regular HR interventions have led to dynamic changes in the organization, resulting in significant increase in employee engagement levels.
Kunal is married with 1 child, aged 6 & after spending as much time as he can with his family, he is highly devoted to Ten Pin Bowling as a professional league player.
