Hardeep Anant is Professor and Acting Program Director of MBA at City University College of Ajman since 2012. He has a PhD in Management from Panjab University, India, and has taught Organizational Behavior and Research Methods at several reputed institutions in the UAE, India and Singapore for about two decades. He has presented his research at several academic events and conferences in US, UK, Europe, India and the Middle East. In addition, he has published several papers on topics like interpersonal communication within organizations, assertiveness training, leadership, and skills development.
