Hani Hirzallah, Chief Human Resources Officer, Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC)

Hani Hirzallah has over 24 years of experience predominantly in Human Resources field and has a great exposure to international organizations. He has a great reputation as an HR Strategist and Leader in human resources development. He started his journey as an HR professional in the governmental, financial, banking, construction and insurance sectors on 1992.
He is currently the Senior Vice President – Human Resources and Administration of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), a leading multi-line insurance provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has been the Director of HR & Administration and the Head of Nationalization in Arabtec Construction LLC until end of June 2014. Prior to Arabtec Construction, Hani worked for Barclays Bank plc as Regional Head of HR for MENA & Pakistan until 2013. In DIFC Authority Dubai, he was the Chief Human Capital Officer for around 3 years, is the Acting Director of Employment Standards and was the Chairman of Emirates Consulting Group for 5 years. He has over 22 years of experience in Human Resources within institutions and international banks including HSBC Bank (ME) Ltd., Arab Bank plc, ABN Amro Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. During his journey, Hani played a dynamic role in expanding the business of the organizations he worked with.
Hani graduated in 1992 from Ajman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Science and Information System. He holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resources (PCHR) from American University of Sharjah, UAE.
Hani was born on 1970 and among his hobbies are reading, history and karate. He is married and has four children.
