While she is best described as a HR generalist, Charul has managed several projects which were focused on enhancing organisation’s Talent Management, HRIS, Employee Engagement capabilities.
Charul has lived and worked in the Caribbean, Canada, India and Middle East, and has travelled to over 25 countries.
With a MBA specialising in HR from University of Wales, she is a certified psychometrics assessor and is actively pursuing NLP.
