Ashutosh is currently working as the Group CHRO for BMA International. In his current role, Ashutosh is responsible for All Aspects of HR, OD, PR & Administration, HSE, Learning & Development and CSR as well as all the Global HR Projects in the Group & all its existing businesses. 
Prior to BMA, Ashutosh has worked with global MNCs like ISS A/S (www.issworld.com), RSB GROUP (www.rsbglobal.com); COMAU (www.comau.com); SKF GROUP (www.skf.com) and ERNST & YOUNG (www.ey.com). 
Ashutosh has by now worked internationally as well as regionally in EMEA and APAC regions. Ashutosh has proved his competence & caliber beyond his role as a CHRO at several levels by doing several GLOBAL & REGIONAL HR Projects due to his past background, learning & vast experiences in OD & Culture Building Interventions. 
Since all the employers of Ashutosh were in different sectors & segments, it has exposed him to a wide variety of people & culture challenges & opportunities. 
Ashutosh’s current employer, BMA International employs around 10,000+ people in 6 countries. Ashutosh is at the moment actively engaged in driving & executing several Global HR & OD Interventions for the Group. These assignments are in the area of Leadership Development, Management Development, Employee Engagement, Competency Mapping, and Assessments & Development Centers. All these assignments are either already implemented or in process of being implemented.
