Anne has held several positions in talent management, leadership development and organizational change at Baker Hughes, Ford Motor Company, Emirates Group and City of Toronto. Anne was also a tutor for “University of Strathclyde Business School” in “Organization Behaviour”. Her specialties include performance management, executive development and talent management.
Anne holds an MBA, two postgraduates in Human Resources and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. At GEMS Education, Anne has designed and launched a performance development system and a talent review process.
