Ronan MAREC is the Marine Strategy Officer at Alcatel Submarine Networks, bringing over 33 years of maritime experience across operational, advisory, and leadership roles. He began his career at sea aboard cable ships and seismic vessels, advancing to the rank of Captain. He later transitioned to CGG as a Maritime Advisor, where he spent nearly a decade providing strategic maritime guidance. Following this, he served as General Manager in West Africa, overseeing transshipment operations. In March 2024, he joined ASN in his current role, Ronan Marec holds a Master Mariner certificat from the École Nationale de la Marine Marchande.
