Mary Jackson is VP Human Resources at SubCom, where she drives the HR strategy to support a highly skilled, global workforce. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and manufacturing, Mary specializes in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.  In her role, she oversees all aspects of HR for SubCom’s worldwide operations, including recruitment, talent management, compensation, compliance and employee relations. With nine years of leadership experience in the subsea cable industry, she had played a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent to support SubCom’s mission. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has expertise in manufacturing operations. Additionally, she is a certified facilitator in Crucial Conversations and Kaizen methodologies, bringing a continuous improvement mindset to HR and talent strategy
