Leigh Frame serves as the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Xtera Subsea Networks, and he is a key architect of the company’s strategy. Leigh brings with him a wealth of senior-level and hands-on experience. Previously Leigh had an extensive career with Alcatel Submarine Networks, which includes positions as COO, VP of Projects and Customer Support, and Director of Marketing and Business Development.
