Vincent is the driver of EllaLink’s efforts in expanding its subsea cable network, after leading the Sales and Marketing team of the EllaLink project since its inception back in 2019.

Vincent has been a member of Alcatel Submarine Networks’ Sales and Marketing team for 9 years. Previously, held various international positions within the Alcatel-Lucent Group in India and Chile.​

Vincent is a graduate of the Mines Telecom Nord Europe. ​ ​He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
