Benoit is a Senior Investment Officer with the Corporate Finance and Global Activities Department at EIB Global. Benoit focusses on the corporate debt financing in the ICT sector sector (including submarine cables, satellites, telecom networks, datacenters, e-health). Prior to this role, he worked for 10 years as a senior economist for the Bank where he performed the economic and financial due diligence of Digital infrastructure investments.  Prior to joining the EIB, Benoit created and run a startup in the telecom sector. He also held a management position at the strategy team of a big four where he advised Telecom, Media and Technology clients. Benoit also spent several years working in Strategic Planning for a tier-1 global telecom operator. Benoit holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the American Business School of Paris and a Master in Science from the International Space University, Strasbourg.
