After his study Mechanical Engineering, Lars Lamet started his career in the Heavy Lifting and Transport industry. He spent the majority of his career at the global market leader Mammoet in various roles ranging from operations to commercial management. The last eight years he has initiated the logistics activities of Mammoet with which there was a strong focus on the energy market, which was at the start of the transition to renewable energy.  
After leaving Mammoet he focused on helping companies and people built their commercial department. He and his former colleague from Mammoet, Mr. Wouter Guijt, felt responsible for initiating change within their beloved maritime and heavy machinery market, and they decided to develop a powerpack that would help the market with their goal to become more sustainable and eliminate the use of fossil fuels.
