Dr. Jakub Kwapisz is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kolbev, an e-mobility startup developing autonomous mobile robots with integrated energy storage to solve EV charging challenges for parking lot operators. He is a technology leader passionate about turning breakthrough innovations into market-ready products. As a startup leader, Jakub is currently building his own venture in the EV space. His leadership is backed by proven results, including his previous role at Toradex where he grew sales by 10% during the global supply chain crisis while also leading key sustainability initiatives. His deep tech background includes experience as a Technology Scout at Autoneum, R&D Engineer at Alstom and an E-mobility Researcher at HSLU, all built on the academic foundation of a Ph.D. from the MIT Portugal Program.
