Where/when can I collect my badge? Your badge will be printed onsite. Registration will be open on Tuesday 15th September 12:00-18:00, Wednesday 16th September 08:30-16:30 and Thursday 17th September 08:30-16:30.
• Ensure you are using a unique email address that has not already been used for registration.
• Speakers should be registered automatically by a member of the Solar & Storage Live Zurich team.
• The registration process should take only a couple of minutes. If you have a large team, we strongly recommend sending them the link so they can register themselves.
Within the Solar & Storage Live App you will find a tab that says My Badge, once you select this a QR code will appear ready for you to scan at a badge printer. Alternatively, you will receive an email with your badge QR code on it one week before the event.

Solar & Storage Live Zurich is a B2B event aimed specifically at a corporate audience. Our exhibitors attend to meet clients and participate in business activities which are deemed not to be a suitable environment for those under the age of 18. Access for persons under the age of 18 is not permitted.

There will be a large physical map at the entrance to the pavilion; additionally, you can find it in the official event app or

You must download the official event app before attending the event.
Once you have received your details, you should download the app and log in, as you will need it for several reasons:
• To view the attendee list
• To view all exhibitors
• To connect and network with other attendees by requesting meetings
• To view the agenda—since there will be no paper agendas at the event—and build your own personalized schedule by selecting the sessions that interest you. Please note that you cannot attend the event or join any sessions virtually via the app; you must attend the event in person to participate in the sessions.

Within the Exhibitor Manual you will find “Registration, Event App, Lead Data”. Within this section you have the ability to register your staff for exhibitor passes which will give them access to the exhibition halls one hour earlier than visitors. You will also be able to register your guests in this area who will only be able to access from 9:30am each day.

Please be sure that you know what type of stand you have contracted. This can be found in the ‘Your Stand’ section within the exhibitor manual. Space only: Only the space on the event floor is provided for you. Shell scheme: White walling, grey carpet and a nameboard/fascia is provided for you. Startup Pod:1m wide unit with cable management system, nameboard, backboard graphic and carpet (dark grey).

Stand Plan Audit Fee - Please note the charges are as follows (this covers the H&S Audit as well as better stands fee - more information below):
- Space only: £307.50
- Late submission: £417.50 (After the 31st July 2026)
The fee will be invoiced and must be paid before “Permission To Build” is given.
*Please note complex stand builds are not permitted.

Late Submissions
For submissions received after the DEADLINE OF 31st July 2026 the mandatory Stand Plan Audit Fee is £417.50.
Please ensure that all of your stand designs and accompanying safety documentation comply with the show rules and regulations, the e-guide and the general provisions under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
Ultimate responsibility lies with you, the Exhibitor, to comply with all Health & Safety and plan submission requirements and ensure the safety of all persons at all times on your stand. Once you have received the Permission to Commence Build Notice you should not alter the design of your stand. If you do need to change your design you must resubmit your plans for consideration.
If you are unable to fulfil your own stand build and need to change to a shell scheme stand please contact Florence Oggier who can amend your booking.
Anyone attending the build up of the event will need to complete the health and safety declaration. On completion, a certificate is generated, and this should be shown to the security team onsite. They will then issue you a contractor wristband. This can be accessed here: Solar & Storage Zurich 2026 Health & Safety Induction - Eng.
Yes, you can have items delivered to the venue however there will need to be someone available from the exhibiting company (or their contractor) to take delivery of these items. The organiser's nor the venue can accept any delivery on your behalf.
During the build up of the event you can access the loading bays to unload your vehicle. To do this you will need to book your vehicle in via the venue’s online booking platform. This tool will go live 4 weeks prior to build up at which point full booking details will become available.
There are no trollies available for rent at the event. If you need assistance with lifting please contact CEVA the official lifting contractor, solar@cevalogistics.com.
Depending on when you advised CEVA (the official shipping and lifting contractor) when you required your pieces will depend on the drop time. Please visit CEVA in the loading area to speak to a representative.
Once breakdown has officially started CEVA will be permitted to return your empties back to your stand. We are aiming for official breakdown to start at 17:30pm on Thursday 17th September once all visitors have left the hall and it is deemed safe.

During the build period of the exhibition you will be required to wear a high visibility vest within the halls. We would recommend you pack one of these and have it to hand upon your arrival. There is nowhere within the venue or surrounding area to purchase a hi-vis so please ensure to bring one with you. If you are in the halls during the breakdown of the exhibition you will also be required to wear a high visibility jacket. Sensible closed toe footwear is also mandatory during the build and breakdown periods.

If you have your ticket, you already have access to all the sessions available on both days; no additional registration is required.
We will not be sending out any audiovisual materials from the sessions, so we suggest arriving on time for the ones you wish to attend.

Messe Free WiFi is ideal for browsing the web, checking emails or using social networks. This free service should not be used where the connection is integral to the operation of your event or exhibition stand. Food and drinks will be available for purchase inside the hall, including vegetarian and vegan options.
The cloakroom can be found in the lobby area (down the stairs). The cloakrooms will be open from 08:30-18:00 on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th September. Please note, in the interests of safety and security overnight storage is not possible.

Health & Safety
We take the safety of our visitors very seriously, and security personnel will be present at various points throughout the venue. You must wear your badge at all times while at the event.
We follow government and venue safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
If you aren't feeling well, please go to the registration desk or speak to a member of our staff wearing a rainbow lanyard.
