With over 12 years of experience in the electrical industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader in electricity distribution and renewable energy solutions. I have a strong background in electrical engineering, wiring, and equipment, and I have successfully developed and managed multiple electricity distribution and retail projects in industrial parks under the New World Fashion Group. I am driven by the mission of creating sustainable and cost-effective energy sources for the group's diverse businesses, from garment factories to high-class buildings. I bring a collaborative and creative approach to my work, and I value learning from and empowering my team members and partners.

As the Technical Director of Nam Tai Green Energy and the Electrical Manager of Nam Tài Thái Bình, I am responsible for the entire life cycle of the electrical projects under the New World Fashion Group. I strategize, design, optimize, and conduct bidding for all power and electrical projects, including solar rooftop, wind, and mixed power grid systems. I also implement and operate electricity distribution and retail business models in the industrial zones, and build PPA with EVN and customers. I leverage my skills in electrical industry, wiring, and equipment to ensure the safety, quality, and efficiency of the projects. I have also obtained multiple certifications and awards in the field, such as the Electrical Safety Certificate, the Certificate of Operate 110kV Substation, and the Outstanding Individual Award in Vietnam Electricity Corporation.
