Ms. Trịnh Thị Bích Thuỷ is the Project Office Coordinator for the E-Mobility initiative at UNDP Vietnam, supporting the country’s transition toward sustainable and low-emission transport systems. She brings over 20 years of experience in environmental management, climate change adaptation, and safeguard policy implementation across major infrastructure and transport projects.
Prior to joining UNDP, Ms. Thuỷ served in various advisory roles for organizations including the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, Clean Air Asia, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam. Her work has focused on environmental impact assessments, policy development, project monitoring, and capacity building for environmental protection and climate resilience.
Ms. Thuỷ holds a Master’s degree in Urban Environmental Management from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Vietnam National University, Hanoi. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
