Established in January 2024, the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA) operates under the umbrella of the Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA), striving to cultivate an environment conducive to the growth of industrial real estate businesses nationwide. Its primary objectives include fostering knowledge exchange, facilitating business development, and enhancing profitability within the sector.

VIREA serves as a social-professional organization representing a diverse range of enterprises engaged in infrastructure investment and development for industrial zones and clusters, as well as those involved in manufacturing, trading, logistics, and associated financial activities within and beyond these zones. Embracing all economic sectors, VIREA is committed to promoting sustainable development in industrial real estate, thereby contributing to Vietnam's industrialization, modernization, and global integration.

The association's mission is to foster collaboration, connectivity, and support among its members, while collectively advancing the profession to improve operational efficiency and safeguard their interests.
