Mr. Trần Quốc Hải is the Head of Business Development at SP Group, where he is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for commercial and industrial (C&I) projects in Vietnam. His work focuses on rooftop solar, microgrids, Cooling as a Service, and district cooling. He leads a team of business development professionals, manages strategic partnerships, oversees market analysis, and ensures the successful execution of projects while maintaining financial and operational performance.

Prior to joining SP Group, Mr. Hải was the Head of Energy Projects for Vietnam at BayWa r.e. APAC, where he led the development and execution of rooftop solar projects. His work included market strategy development, legal compliance, contract negotiations, and optimizing project costs. He also spent over a decade at Petrovietnam Gas Company (PV GAS) in various leadership roles, including Project Manager and Electrical Team Leader, managing large-scale gas infrastructure projects such as the Thi Vai LNG Terminal and the Dinh Co GPP.

Mr. Hải holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. With a strong background in stakeholder management, technical project execution, and market planning, he brings extensive expertise in advancing sustainable energy projects across Vietnam.
