Mr. Tim Nguyễn is the Deputy Director at the Institute of Applied Research & Innovation in Enterprise (3AI). He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., in 1985. With a strong foundation as a Technology and Platform Expert, Mr. Nguyễn brings a wealth of experience to his role.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyễn has held various key positions, including Founder and CEO of LBD since February 2017, Co-Founder & Vice Chairman at Diginet Corporation since February 2000, and Shareholder/Board of Directors at VTM Software J.S.C since February 2017. He also serves as a Mentor/Investor at LISC since January 2020.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Nguyễn dedicated over a decade of service to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Virginia, U.S.A., under the U.S. Department of Defense. During his tenure from June 1985 to December 1996, he held the positions of Director of Weapons Testing Project and Safety Principal (Director of Safety Principles). With his extensive background, Mr. Tim Nguyễn contributes significantly to the advancement of applied research and innovation in enterprise at 3AI.
