Mr. (Richard) Hoàng Dương Xuân Dũng is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of VINAHYDROGEN, where he is responsible for business development and product strategies, particularly in the hydrogen energy sector. He brings over 15 years of experience in the gas industry, notably as the first to import Liquid CO₂-Food Grade from Praxair Thailand to Vietnam for commercial use.

His career spans multiple leadership roles across clean energy, industrial operations, and FMCG, including with PepsiCo, Unilever, and Pemara Labels. In addition to his current role at VINAHYDROGEN, he also serves as Managing Director at International Food Flavors & Ingredients (IFFI), overseeing its regional growth and sustainability initiatives.

Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City.
