Ms. Phạm Thị Phương Thảo is the Vietnam Country Head of Sustainability at Saxon Renewables, where she leads efforts to drive decarbonization and support businesses in achieving carbon neutrality. They offer the registration for renewable energy project owners and provision of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and Carbon Credits for corporations to offset GHG emissions of Scope 1, 2, and 3. Saxon is headquartered in Singapore and serves multiple markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, India, etc.

Before joining Saxon Renewables, Ms. Thảo has worked for many years and held various positions in the renewable energy sector. With extensive expertise in project coordination, procurement, and business development, Ms. Thảo is committed to advancing sustainability and accelerating Vietnam’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
