Ms. Phạm Minh Hương is the Director of Sustainability & Climate at Deloitte Vietnam, where she focuses on advancing sustainability strategies and integrating ESG principles into business operations. With extensive expertise in sustainable finance and corporate governance, she advises organizations on risk management, sustainability reporting, and aligning business practices with global sustainability standards.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Hương was a Consultant at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she worked with government authorities to revise the Enterprise Law and provided corporate governance training to company boards through the Vietnam Institute of Directors. She also held senior positions at PwC Vietnam, where she led risk assurance services, developed ESG assessment criteria in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, and performed ESG scoring for the Vietnam Sustainability Index.

Ms. Hương holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Finance & Fintech from SKEMA Business School. She is an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst® (CESGA®) and is certified in sustainability and climate risk. With over 18 years of experience, she brings a comprehensive approach to sustainable business practices and climate-related financial advisory.
