Mr. Phạm Hồng Điệp – Red Star Entrepreneur, Honorary Doctor, Lawyer, and Scientific Researcher

Mr. Phạm Hồng Điệp is an influential entrepreneur, Honorary Doctor, lawyer, and scientific researcher who has made a profound impact in the fields of sustainable development business and technology. Since 2004, he has been continuously honored with numerous prestigious awards, including the Special Prize of the Vietnamese Talent Awards, Red Star Entrepreneur, along with a series of commendations recognizing his outstanding innovations and research in environmental protection. 

With over 20 years of experience in business and management, Mr. Phạm Hồng Điệp has led Shinec in continuous innovation and investment, developing a chain of Ecological Industrial Parks (EIPs) and Ecological Industrial Clusters (EICs). His vision is to expand these developments to over 2,000 hectares by 2030. To date, he has successfully invested in the Nam Cầu Kiền Ecological Industrial Park, a pioneering model in Vietnam. By 2025, he is actively expanding with six additional EIP and EIC projects across the country. This model is not only an inevitable trend for the future but also a driving force for innovation, contributing to sustainable economic value for the country.
