Mr. Phạm Hoàng Vũ is a Vietnam-qualified associate and Deputy Head of the Projects & Infrastructure practice group at Indochine Counsel. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has advised clients across various industries, including education, renewable energy, fintech, hospitality, and manufacturing.

His experience includes advising on high-profile transactions such as KKR Global Impact Fund’s investment in EQuest Education Group, the acquisition of a controlling stake in Khoi Nguyen Education Group, and multiple M&A deals in the fintech and energy sectors. He has worked with notable clients, including Grab Vietnam, Sembcorp Energy, Athena Energy, and Mermaid Maritime.

Beyond his transactional work, Mr. Vũ contributes to legal publications and updates at Indochine Counsel. He holds an LLB in Commercial & International Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and a Lawyer Training Certificate from the Vietnam Judicial Academy.
