Mr. Phan Ngoc Anh is a Deloitte Partner with 20-year experience as an auditor and a consultant for major corporations operating in Energy & Resources. He has participated in a renewable energy market research project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) which was conducted in collaboration with a team of international experts and aimed to assess the potential, current development status, and propose solutions to promote the effective and sustainable development of renewable energy in Vietnam. Over the past few years, Ngoc Anh also spoke at some energy events including Hydro Power in Asia Conference by Power Line and Southeast Asia Infrastructure Magazines. His daily work includes providing advisory and audit services as well as training courses relating to Vietnamese GAAP and IFRS. Ngoc Anh was among Deloitte experts participating in the promotion of IFRS application in Vietnam, an initiative undertaken by the Ministry of Finance (MoF). His expertise and deep understanding of Energy & Resources Industry have contributed to the success of his clients and projects that he participated.
