Mr. Phạm Văn Thọ is a Business Development Manager at Super Energy Corporation, where he leads the company’s activities across Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs)—including I-RECs and RECs—as well as carbon credits for a renewable portfolio exceeding 2,000 MW of operating assets in Vietnam and Thailand.
In his role, Mr. Thọ is responsible for developing utility-scale renewable energy projects, assessing M&A opportunities, overseeing legal matters related to project operations, and supporting DPPA and rooftop solar initiatives. Previously, as Senior Business Developer at Super Energy, he worked closely with government authorities on permitting and successfully contributed to the COD of major projects such as Lộc Ninh 1–3 (550 MWp solar) and Chu Prông (50 MW wind).
Earlier in his career, he was involved in renewable project development and due diligence across Southeast Asia, and also gained experience in energy policy and sustainable transport through roles at Prime Road Power, ADB, and innovation programs linked to Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Thọ holds a Master of Science in Energy Policy, Planning and Economics from the Asian Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Economics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
