Dr. Ngô Hoàng Minh is the General Manager for Southeast Asia of the Rooftop Solar Division at Pebsteel, where he oversees regional activities related to the deployment of solar energy on industrial rooftops. He has over a decade of experience in renewable energy and quality management, particularly in rooftop solar development, technical due diligence, project delivery, and system operations.

Prior to joining Pebsteel, Dr. Minh held technical leadership roles at SP Group, Shire Oak International, and SolarBK, where he was responsible for project design, construction supervision, EPC contractor coordination, and regulatory engagement. His expertise spans project development, site assessment, PV system simulation, asset management, and compliance with local energy authorities.

He holds a PhD in Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology from Université Paris-Saclay, with earlier degrees from Université Grenoble Alpes and Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. He has also published research in nanotechnology and nonlinear optics.
