Ms. Nguyễn Thị Tuyết Mai has over 35 years of experience working and researching in leading enterprises nationwide. Currently, Ms. Tuyet Mai holds the position of Deputy Secretary-General of the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), and she is also the Head of the VITAS Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City. Previously, she served as the Vice President of the Trade Union of the Vietnamese Textile Industry.

Ms. Mai has participated in numerous training courses to enhance teaching capabilities, such as contributing to the development of the Collective Labor Agreement for the textile industry (a project of the FES Institute) and conducting various specialized training sessions (Trade Union Operations, Labor Law, Trade Union Law, Negotiation Skills, Dialogue, etc.) for grassroots trade union officials in enterprises. In 2014, she worked at the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association and participated in Train-the-Trainer courses organized by VCCI, TFA, and SMEDEC2 from specialized projects like "Enterprise Startup" – VCCI and SIYB Club, "Negotiation in Labor Relations" – VCCI and Dutch CNV Internationaal; "Natural Disaster Risk Management for Small and Medium Enterprises" (supported by USAID & TFA). Currently, Ms. Mai regularly conducts research and reports on an overview of the Vietnamese Textile Industry, the Textile Industry within the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC); Free Trade Agreements: TPP, EV-FTA, and other FTAs; Labor-Trade policies related to the Textile Industry, etc., for students in textile-related programs at various universities.
